1. About us
These terms govern your use of techtiescomputers.co.uk and any purchase made through it. "We", "our", and "us" refers to TechTies Computer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
3. Orders & contract
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example if a pricing error occurs or stock is unavailable.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely by Revolut Business. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
6. Returns & consumer rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We offer an extended 30-day return window. See our Returns & Refunds page for the process.
7. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described) are not affected by any warranty terms.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
