All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Estimated times are from dispatch, not order date.

Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver to all mainland Great Britain addresses. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and BFPO addresses may incur additional charges — please contact us before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also view live tracking from your order history.
Pre-built PCs & large items
Custom-built PCs are assembled and bench-tested before dispatch, which typically adds 1–2 working days to processing time. Large items are shipped with a specialist courier — a signature will be required on delivery.
Failed deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery the following working day. After two failed attempts the parcel will be held at a local depot for collection.
